After many years of excellent service, the current incumbent Sue Ellis is moving on, creating a unique opportunity to build on her positive legacy.  Reporting to the Board and delivering the Board’s objectives, the Principal provides strong strategic direction, decisive leadership, effective communication and coordinated management of a high performing (over 200) staffing cohort.  Responsible for both campuses, continuing to encourage cross campus collaboration and direction is critical in the role.  Corporate oversight includes education programs, risk and compliance management, legal frameworks, policy approval and financial sustainability while managing an environment of high standards and accountability.

The Principal carries responsibility for wide-ranging external relationships, championing and positioning the College and maintaining strong engagements with peak bodies, government, education entities and the Lutheran Church and its departments.  As spiritual leader of the College, the Principal builds deep and authentic relationships between staff, students, parents and the broader community demonstrating commitment to Christian faith through all areas of the school activities.
