Principal – Immanuel Primary School

Commencing Term 1, 2026

Novar Gardens, South Australia

Established in 1970, Immanuel Primary School is a co-educational school of the Lutheran Church of Australia, located on the shared campus of Immanuel College in Novar Gardens.  With over 700 students from the Early Learning Centre to Year 6, the school offers an exceptional range of programs, co-curricular opportunities and facilities for students, and is proud to be an accredited International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme school, committed to “Building Foundations for Life.”

With Immanuel Primary School’s current Principal, Bec Clements, concluding her tenure at the end of 2025 to pursue an overseas position, there is a unique and exciting opportunity for a visionary and strategic leader to build upon a strong legacy, guide the School into its next chapter, and further evolve ASPIRE.

The School Board invites applications from exceptional leaders with a proven track record of values based leadership.  The successful candidate will be a leader of people, be able to translate ideas and concepts into action and engage and empower others proactively in change and continuous improvement.

• Community building acumen, with the ability to develop authentic, trust-based relationships with staff, students, families, and broader stakeholders.
• A clear understanding of governance frameworks within the school context.

The preferred candidate will be a motivated, relational leader, with an engaging presence and ability to build coherence and authentically connect with all members of the Immanuel Primary School community.
