    Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this important role will cover the full range of human resources functions across all four offices. Leading a small HR and administration team, key responsibilities of this hands-on role include:

    • providing consulting services as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Partners, and business leaders in developing and delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives;
    • facilitating talent acquisition and retention including attraction, recruitment, induction, succession, performance management, learning and development;
    • focusing on the delivery of staff health and wellbeing initiatives maintaining contemporary human resource management policies, processes and technology;
    • positioning the firm as an employer of choice by ensuring a strong EVP.

Versatility, vision, drive, energy, an internal service focus, and excellent relationship building skills will also be required. Both proven HR leaders and emerging candidate profiles with leadership capability will be considered and appropriate remuneration will be negotiated accordingly.
