MADEC Australia is a successful community owned not-for-profit organisation with a proud 50+ year history of providing relief to people experiencing poverty and/or distress. Employing around 180 staff across the country, MADEC delivers employment services, education and training, a pacific labour mobility scheme, and indigenous programs. This national role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and leads MADEC’s registered training organisation (RTO) business driving strategic initiatives and overseeing day-to-day education operations within the vocational education and training (VET) sector.
Key responsibilities of this pivotal role include:

Also important will be a proven ability to drive business growth, well developed organisational and planning skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities and a commitment to student success and continuous improvement.
Whilst MADEC’s head office is located in Mildura, there is flexibility for the right candidate, to be based out of any other branch office across the country in this national role.
