Aspen Pumps Group is the global leader in condensate removal mini-pumps for air conditioning applications.  Its market leading products are underpinned by consistent innovation and strong Intellectual Property.  With headquarters in the UK, the company has operations in France, Italy, Germany, USA, Australia and Malaysia.  Based in Adelaide, Aspen Pumps Asia Pacific Pty Ltd employs around 30 people with a turnover currently circa $35m, and is experiencing and forecasting very rapid growth, both organically and via acquisition.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Aspen Pumps Asia Pacific and with a dotted line relationship to Aspen Pumps Group, key responsibilities include:

• ensuring the provision of detailed sales data analysis and information to inform key business decisions and enable growth opportunity;
• providing and analysing detailed financial information and interpreting key metrics;
• identifying and driving business improvement and growth initiatives;
• overseeing IT systems and components of inventory management;
• communicating effectively with other key stakeholders in different time and tax zones.
