A dynamic and visionary Executive Director is sought to lead its national office and guide the future of Lutheran education in Australia.  Based in Adelaide and reporting to the LEA Board, this senior leadership role offers a rare opportunity to shape educational excellence with faith at its core.  Key responsibilities include:

• shape, champion, cultivate, lead and implement LEA’s Strategic Intentions across national learning communities;
• inspire educational innovation, strengthen sustainability and protect organisational reputation;
• lead a dedicated national team and foster a high performing culture;
• build strong partnerships with church bodies, government, regulators and education stakeholders;
• oversee governance, financial stewardship and enterprise risk management.
