Rembrandt is recruiting their next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to join the organisation at a pivotal time as it enters a new stage of growth and transformation. Reporting to the Board and leading the Executive Team, this role will have responsibility for:
The successful candidate will be an inspiring, values driven leader with significant executive experience and appropriate qualifications. Aged care sector experience is an advantage but leadership experience from highly comparable sectors will be considered. Strong commercial and strategic thinking, governance capability, financial and operational acumen and a deep commitment to quality outcomes for older people are essential. Pivotal to success are the ability to lead change, empower teams and build collaborative partnerships.
