    Founded in 1976, Signs Inc. is a highly successful and growing Australian owned business delivering innovative and creative signage solutions and exceptional customer service to a broad national client base. Its signage is expertly crafted in its Adelaide manufacturing facility based in Prospect, and across a national contractor network.  With expertise in high quality signage design, project management, manufacturing and installation, Signs Inc. services a premium corporate customer base including numerous household names, bringing their highly visible brands to life through signage.

    This newly created and strategically important leadership role provides an opportunity to work closely with the professionally astute and commercially focussed owners to drive and deliver an exciting and sustainable growth agenda, including manufacturing base expansion. Key responsibilities include:

    • leading, shaping and delivering the vision, strategy and culture for the business, building on existing strong and successful foundations;
    • driving innovative strategies to ensure new business opportunities are leveraged to achieve growth in a highly competitive sector;
    • maintaining and enhancing operational excellence with a focus on continuous improvement of organisational systems and frameworks across people, systems, supply chain, production and project management; and
    • leading, managing, motivating and developing a skilled and dedicated team focussed on maintaining Signs Inc’s premium quality product and service offering.

    Applications are encouraged from inspiring and proven business leaders with a growth mindset, high levels of commercial and financial acumen, engaging leadership and negotiation skills and the ability to drive and deliver a sustainable growth mandate. Also important will be an exceptional customer service orientation combined with authenticity and integrity, and the ability to communicate and build effective relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders.  Knowledge of the signage industry is not essential however experience in manufacturing or production could be an advantage.
