An opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially astute Non-Executive Director to join the contemporary, skills-based Board, providing governance oversight in navigating a rapidly evolving and complex landscape to ensure the organisation’s sustainability and community impact. You will provide strategic insights across commercial strategy, risk, financial stewardship, stakeholder engagement and performance evaluation. Governance qualifications (AICD) and skills and expertise in one or more of the following areas are required:
Highly developed communication skills, a collaborative mindset, sound judgment, high emotional intelligence and integrity and a genuine affinity with Workskil Australia’s purpose, vision and values will be essential for effective Board contribution.
