The Program Systems Manager is a central role within the Production Team overseeing the efficient, accurate and engaged administration of all SAFC funding programs. The department is responsible for administering grant funding and rebate programs, delivering screen industry development initiatives and operating the Adelaide Studios production facilities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Production, this key position also supports the SAFC’s organisational performance by playing a critical role in managing the technology, processes and systems that support the administration of funding programs, ensuring efficiency, transparency and compliance.
Specific responsibilities include:
Applications are sought from versatile, enthusiastic and highly organised professionals with demonstrated experience in a comparably diverse and dynamic administrative support role. A positive, calm and focused approach, meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high level verbal and written communication skills and warmth, diplomacy and a sense of fun are all essential qualities sought. Digitally savvy, you’ll have a curious mindset, be highly proactive and regularly use your initiative to problem-solve. Experience in grants administration and supporting financial/budget reporting will be highly regarded.
