This is a genuine leadership development opportunity to join LHG in a pivotal role enhancing the organisation’s marketing and communications capability. Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing & Communications, the Manager, Marketing and Communications will lead a small team and play a central role in building a cohesive, contemporary and best practice communications environment. A major focus is strengthening internal communication frameworks, supporting organisational change, further developing and embedding consistent communications tools and processes as LHG continues to grow.
You’ll join a warm, collaborative and high performing team that takes pride in shaping and contributing to LHG’s purpose. Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will be an experienced communications and marketing leader which experience gained in either a corporate communications and marketing setting or agency background. Importantly, you will demonstrate capability in shaping organisation wide messaging, supporting change and building structured, scalable communication practices. You’ll bring highly polished writing and editing skills, strong judgement, and the ability to distil complexity into clear engaging content. Your calm, collaborative style and capacity to manage competing priorities will be highly valued in LHG’s dynamic, purpose driven environment.
