This is a unique opportunity for a highly purpose driven senior executive with good business acumen and excellent people skills, who is experienced in positive change management and the not-for-profit sector. Reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer will lead and create a sustainable, person-centred environment that empowers Help at Home Inc. to continue to flourish and grow in delivering outstanding quality care outcomes to clients.  Key responsibilities include:

• leading the organisation through a period of strategic re-alignment in response to sector wide changes and opportunities;
• working closely with the Board to shape and guide the strategic direction and strengthen governance, accountability and operational excellence;
• ensuring long-term financial sustainability and appropriate growth through effective resource planning, risk management and business development;
• inspiring, developing and leading a high performing, collaborative and accountable team, promoting a culture of person-centred service delivery and commercial practice;
• building trusted relationships with stakeholders including clients, their families and the broader community.

Applications are invited from experienced and appropriately qualified executives with a strong commitment to community services and wellbeing.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership in complex, mission driven environments, along with strong strategic planning, governance, financial and operational management capabilities.  A well developed understanding of the disability support and community services landscape, including the NDIS is sought.  The successful candidate will bring warmth, authenticity, sensitivity and a collaborative leadership style, strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to engage, lead, and model the behaviours that reflect the values and reputation of Help at Home Inc.
