Reporting to the Chief People & Quality Officer, this role forms a vital part of the Management Team and is responsible for leading the implementation of the Great Client Experience Quality System.

The role will require exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand operations and best practice and to drive client focussed outcomes across the entire organisation. The successful candidate will be a genuinely dynamic and proactive achiever demonstrating flexibility, credibility, resilience, energy, pragmatism, integrity and authenticity. A keen eye for both risk and continuous improvement opportunities will also be a valuable trait in the successful candidate.
