    Our client is a leading manufacturer, marketer and trusted supplier of premium and innovative swimming pool and spa chemicals.  A rare opportunity has emerged for a Marketing Administrator to support the Marketing and Sales Departments, as well as perform general office duties.

    Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working closely with a cohesive marketing and sales team, key responsibilities in this critical role will include:

    • Create, format and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets;
    • Source sales data from SAP software, create and distribute reports;
    • Provide support for biennial conference, workshops, and sales meetings;
    • Administrate website that provides tools for retailers, online ordering, and training;
    • Provide assistance with retailer and consumer promotions, programs and mailouts;
    • General office duties;
    • Ad hoc duties as required.

    Skill and Experience

    • Demonstrated experience in marketing administration with success in a comparable role;
    • Superior attention to detail, hands-on approach and customer service focused;
    • Superior communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, sound judgement, warmth, level-headedness, and a can-do attitude will equip the appointee for success in this diverse support role.
