Reporting to and working closely with the CEO, the newly created position of Manager Corporate and Member Services oversees the day-to-day financial, operational delivery and governance requirements relating to corporate services and member support. Leading a small team, the role will both lead and operationalise projects that deliver business improvement across the Corporate Services portfolio including Finance, Member Services, People and Culture, Facilities, Procurement, Insurance and Risk.
Applications are encouraged from finance or business management professionals with passion for making a difference in people’s lives, and relevant experience in delivering corporate or business services with the ability to drive process, policy and organisational improvement initiatives to enhance performance and delivery capability. Well developed financial and commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, an engaging people leadership style and strong analytical skills will be essential to success. A genuine alignment with Medic Alert’s purpose-driven ethos and values is also important.
