The Human Resources Advisor will have the opportunity to enhance current frameworks and establish new employee experience initiatives while enjoying professional growth in a cohesive and supported workplace.
Reporting to the Business Manager and working closely with the Principal and the College Leadership Team, the position will be responsible for providing support and advice across a range of HR matters relating to development and enhancement of policy, systems and frameworks for the College to ensure staff are engaged and flourishing. Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:
