The Head of Enablement is a senior leadership role reporting to the Deputy CEO. It provides integrated leadership across brand penetration, revenue, marketing and digital media functions, ensuring strategic coherence, execution discipline and organisational alignment. During a defined parental leave period, the role will initially ensure continuity of operational performance while supporting leadership development within the Brand, Marketing, Revenue and Digital Media functions. Following this period, the role will transition into a broader organisational strategic enablement function, focused driving cross-group alignment, digital capability, innovation, revenue growth and organisational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will be an accomplished senior leader with demonstrated experience across brand, marketing, growth strategies, consumer engagement and/or digital media related functions. You will bring strong strategic judgement, integrative thinking and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-profile, dynamic environments. Experience managing and supporting executive leadership to drive organisational performance, protecting and enhancing brand integrity will be highly regarded. Collaborative, ethical and data driven, you will motivate others, manage competing priorities and champion innovation, capability uplift and trust across the organisation.
