    Reporting to the Managing Director, this important position will be accountable for the efficient management and seamless operation of the organisation’s global supply chain, encompassing suppliers, production and inventory.  Key responsibilities include:

    • establishing demand-driven supply chains for major markets;
    • collaborating with suppliers to enhance performance and quality;
    • implementing efficient procurement workflows and advanced inventory management systems;
    • effecting robust supply contracts across the supply chain;
    • strategically analysing transport and logistics efficiencies within the supply chain;
    • planning and executing the overall supply chain design strategy;
    • suggesting and implementing supply chain process and design improvements;
    • leading, managing, mentoring and motivating the dedicated supply chain team.

    Applications are encouraged from appropriately qualified emerging or proven supply chain professionals from a range of industry backgrounds.  Strong inventory management abilities will be important and experience with international logistics will be very highly regarded.  The successful candidate will be a capable, driven and visible leader with well developed relationship building skills and an innovative, proactive, authentic, flexible, hand-on approach.  Some intrastate and international travel will be required.  An attractive remuneration package including incentives and commensurate with skills and experience is on offer.
