Established in 1972, Warrina Homes is a respected not-for-profit aged care provider in Adelaide, South Australia, with a long-standing presence in the North-Eastern suburbs. With the recent expansion into the Southern suburbs through the acquisition of Warrina Vales in Morphett Vale, an exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced General Manager Residential Services to join the Warrina Homes leadership team. This is a pivotal senior leadership role with the opportunity to help shape the future of a values-led organisation committed to delivering high quality Aged Care.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Clinical Operations (EMCO), this role is responsible for the leadership and management of a 180-bed Residential Aged Care facility. Key responsibilities include:
We welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience and, ideally, current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. You will bring outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to service excellence. A warm, empathetic, and professional manner is essential, as is a passion for supporting older people. Experience in a similar Aged Care leadership role is preferred, though applications from allied health or broader nursing and health leadership backgrounds will also be considered.
