Jones Radiology is proud to be a doctor owned and operated practice offering the highest quality of diagnostic and interventional radiology services throughout SA and Alice Springs. With around 70 doctors, 30 clinics and approximately 750 staff, this respected health provider services around 3,000 patients each day.

Reporting to the Doctor Partnership Board and working closely with the Doctor Group and the Jones Radiology CEO and Executive Team, this important position is specifically intended to provide leadership and support to the Doctors within Jones Radiology.  Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• assisting in shaping and implementing the business strategy in conjunction with the Board;
• strategic human resource management including attracting new doctors to the practice, enabling CPD as well as performance and remuneration reviews;
• financial management of the Doctor group in conjunction with the corporate CFO;
• acting as the Company Secretary, addressing compliance with ASIC and shareholders;
• management of key internal and external stakeholders across the business;
• proactively identifying, scoping and delivering business initiatives and projects;
• addressing Doctor related operational matters in conjunction with the Corporate COO.

This position will suit an appropriately qualified and highly accomplished professional who can demonstrate a successful track record of leadership in a diverse role within a comparable business.  An understanding of the dynamics of a privately owned business operating as a partnership will be a distinct advantage but is not essential.  The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker with proactive vision, and strong influencing and advocacy capabilities. Amongst the higher level leadership qualities sought are diplomacy, pragmatism, agility and authenticity, along with commercial acumen.

A highly attractive remuneration package will be negotiated to secure a consummate professional capable of contributing to this important and successful SA organisation with semi part time or flexible working arrangements available subject to negotiation.
