Located in a state-of-the-art Salisbury Community Hub only 25 minutes from the CBD the role reports to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Divisional Head Corporate Support will develop, implement and continuously improve Council’s strategic and corporate reporting framework consistent with City Plan 2040. Driving a robust performance management system and ongoing organisational improvement including procurement, cyber security and AI strategy objectives for Council, key responsibilities include:
Applications are encouraged from experienced corporate planning/performance management professionals with demonstrated capacity in government or complex organisations. Strategy development, KPI design, reporting and stakeholder engagement will be key requirements together with digital and data fluency and an understanding of cyber risks and strategies. The ability to engage with and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to develop beneficial partnerships will be important.
