Reporting to the Director of Boarding, the Deputy Director is responsible for coordinating the boarding house operations and implementing key practices and processes that ensures students experience a safe and structured environment and are provided with opportunities to engage in a diverse range of College and community activities.
The successful applicant will ideally be an educator with empathy, discretion, energy, warmth, initiative and a genuine understanding of and commitment to contemporary pedagogy and wellbeing practice.
