Jones Radiology is proud to be a doctor owned and operated practice offering the highest quality of diagnostic and interventional radiology services throughout SA and Alice Springs.  With over 60 doctors, 30 clinics and 750 staff, this respected health provider services around 3,500 patients each day.

Reporting to the Chief Executive as part of the Executive Management Team, this newly configured position is specifically intended to provide leadership and support to the whole business and its stakeholders through contemporary technology solutions.  Key responsibilities of this pivotal role will include:

• providing leadership and expertise on executing the ICT Strategic Plan and major ICT projects to digitally transform services and drive business growth;
• leadership of ICT platforms, enterprise systems, data strategy, digital transformation, business intelligence and cyber security;
• guiding, developing, motivating and managing the dedicated and diverse technology team;
• leveraging technology to drive innovation and the highest standards of internal and external service provision;
• ensuring technology is embedded and considered in all key operational business and strategic decision making;
• managing relationships with key vendors;
• ensuring the successful and financially sound delivery of technology rich projects;
• fostering digital literacy and governance across the Practice.

This position will suit an appropriately qualified and highly accomplished technology professional who can demonstrate a successful track record of ICT leadership in a diverse role within a comparably complex business.  An understanding of the dynamics of a privately owned business operating as a partnership will be a distinct advantage but is not essential.  The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker with proactive vision, and strong influencing and advocacy capabilities.  Amongst the higher level leadership qualities sought are diplomacy, pragmatism, agility and authenticity, along with commercial acumen.  The capacity to translate complex technological concepts into plain language and practical advice for key stakeholders will be critical.
