Remunerated Board role with significant aged care provider

Recognition as Top 30 inclusive employer nationally

Technology, transformational change, CX or stakeholder engagement expertise

With over 70 years as a leading provider of innovative and responsive care and support services to older South Australians, Helping Hand is a well-established and highly regarded for purpose organisation.  A member of the Uniting Church network, Helping Hand continues to enjoy sustainable growth and provides home care, retirement living, respite and residential care services and support to empower over 5,000 senior South Australians across the State.  With revenue circa $190m and 2,200 staff, this significant entity has also been recognised by the Diversity Council of Australia as a Top 30 Inclusive Employer nationally for its outstanding commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging.

The dedicated skills-based Board works closely with the passionate and progressive CEO and executive team to ensure their vision for the organisation is realised within a structure of governance and leadership, robust strategic planning, sound financial management and the highest standards of client safety and quality.  An opportunity exists for an experienced non-executive director with skills and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
