Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this senior leadership position will work closely with the Executive team with responsibility for the financial strategic leadership, long-range financial planning as well as overall management and performance of the financial functions within SAHMRI. This position will also play a pivotal role in the evaluation of new opportunities, projects and initiatives providing recommendations involving financial feasibility and risk.
Appointed as joint Company Secretary, the successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar strategic leadership role within a complex structure. Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills will be required as this role works closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders. A proven track record of effective leadership will be critical in leading the Finance team.
