This boutique firm combines expertise in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, urban design and planning to deliver integrated projects.
This newly created Adelaide based role will report directly to the Managing Director as a key member of the Corporate Executive Team and a trusted adviser within the business. This pivotal national people focussed role will take responsibility for:
- leading the design, development and implementation of Hames Sharley’s strategic workforce model;
- ensuring overall HR systems, processes and initiatives remain contemporary, effective and aligned to the company’s vision and values;
- positioning Hames Sharley as an employer of choice;
- working closely with line managers to build capacity, develop staff capability and manage performance expectations.
Immediate applications and expressions of interest are invited from highly experienced HR executives with appropriate tertiary qualifications and superior communication, negotiation, change management and strategic thinking skills. Strategic leadership experience in developing the people, culture and human capital solutions for large, complex and geographically dispersed customer centric entities will be critical. Pragmatism, intuition, commercial acumen, sound judgement, resilience, drive, energy, credibility and authenticity are also important qualities sought.
